The article analyzes the legal terms in the explanatory dictionary of the Uzbek language according to their own and mastered strata. In particular, the factors, forms, causes and specific methods of assimilation of the terms are considered. Based on the calculations, statistics are provided on which languages the legal terms refer to. The importance of popularizing the interpretation of legal terms in explanatory dictionary of Uzbek language and bringing it to the public in an understandable manner is highlighted through the interpretation of legal terms.
