Note: This article analyzes the process of formation of aphthous lesions in the oral cavity based on mathematical modeling. The aphthous process is a complex biological phenomenon occurring in the oral mucosa, in which microbial activity, immune response and epithelial tissue damage play an important role. In the study, the interactions between these factors are considered as a dynamic system and described using differential equations. The proposed mathematical model describes the temporal evolution of key variables such as microbial load, level of immune response, epithelial state and stages of development of aphthous lesions.
