This article addresses the problem of concepts types in general and the stable and unstable concepts in particular as a base for forming the constant of national culture. One of the traditional classifications of concept types, which is dominant, is based on the sensually concrete image of an object and divides them into stable and unstable: 1) those that can be seen and touched — a stable concept (a crown, a sarafan, a tubeteika,...); 2) those that do not have a material attribute (visibility, objectivity), i.e., those that are abstract — an unstable concept (generosity, greed, kindness...). Such notions as generosity, greed, kindness, etc., are constant psycho-images in the human consciousness — a stable concept. These abstracted but formed in human consciousness as constant behavioral psychoimages, which manifest situationally, in our view, are also stable concepts because they are constantly present in the inner and external world of a person. Therefore, the constancy of a person, as a stable concept, contains constant notions, such as kindness and malice, generosity and greed, etc. The difference in the stability of sensuallyconcrete and non-sensually-concrete (abstract) concepts lies in their place of residence ("dislocation") and the time they serve to a person. They are constant (stably present) in the life of a person, i.e., they function for an anthropos, and therefore, they are anthropocentric and are elements that form anthropocentrism. In the history of humankind, under the influence of colonization, the introduction of other ideologies, religions, national stable concepts, and constants can cause the transition into the status of unstable. Under the influence of atheist and communist ideologies in the 20th century in the Turkic world of Central Asia, some traditional stable concepts, as well as some constants from the category of stable, started to transition into the category of unstable (the concept of the "White scarf" on the heads of Turkic women; the constant Nowruz — the eastern New Year from March 21 to 22). In the course of scientific research, methods such as comparative, linguistic description, analysis of dictionary definitions, and semantic-stylistic were used, which contributed to obtaining results of theoretical and practical significance.
