The article shows foreign experience, problems and its importance of financing in the higher education system. In higher education institutions, the importance of financial resources and their disposal in the field of higher education has been theoretically studied and appropriate conclusions have been drawn. Based on the data, specific aspects of the process were analyzed, existing problems, prospects and achievements were shown in detail. Based on this, scientific conclusions and practical proposals were made.
