This study is aimed at assessing the impact of groundwater dynamics on the noosphere using modern information systems and integrated modeling approaches. The research proposes the use of remote sensing data and GIS technologies for monitoring and analyzing reclamation conditions in irrigated agricultural areas. Special attention is paid to the application of Sentinel-2 satellite images and spectral indices such as NDVI and NDWI to evaluate vegetation cover and soil moisture conditions. The study also includes neural networks and cognitive modeling methods for forecasting changes in groundwater levels and mineralization processes. The practical results obtained in the Samarkand region demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach and show that high accuracy can be achieved in monitoring and identifying zones at risk of salinization and environmental degradation. The developed system contributes to improving water resource management, enhancing land reclamation practices, and increasing environmental sustainability.
