This article analyzes the scientific-methodological foundations, architecture and pedagogical effectiveness of the «Mantiq» mobile platform, which monitors speech and cognitive development in preschool children using artificial intelligence technologies. The shortage of quality EdTech tools in the Uzbek language, late detection of speech delays, and the need for digital transformation in the preschool education system are substantiated. A 3-month experiment with 48 students in 3 Samarkand schools showed that the platform accelerates cognitive skill development by 85–117% compared to traditional methods. The platform integrates NLP, adaptive learning algorithms, SRS, and gamification principles into a four-module system.
