The article is devoted to a philosophical and theoretical analysis of women’s leadership in people’s diplomacy as a distinct form of humanitarian and value-oriented international interaction. People’s diplomacy is interpreted as a sphere of non-state dialogical practices in which the categories of care, responsibility, and recognition of the Other acquire a system-forming significance. The paper proposes an authorial concept of women’s leadership based on the ethics of care, relational responsibility, and everyday peacebuilding practices. Special attention is given to the analysis of the experience of Central Asian countries and Kyrgyzstan, where women’s initiatives in the fields of education, culture, and civil society contribute to the formation of sustainable models of intercultural interaction and peacebuilding.
