The article contains scientifically based suggestions and recommendations regarding the summoning of a witness, victim, expert, civil plaintiff, civil defendant, and their representatives to perform procedural actions on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan or to conduct procedural actions videoconference by a foreign state law enforcement agency at the location or residence of these persons.
