This article specifically examines the procedure and conditions for executing the penalty of confiscation with the requirement to pay for the item, and the unique characteristics of this type of punishment are interpreted separately. Additionally, the author has studied the experiences of advanced foreign countries in applying this penalty and has developed proposals and recommendations.
