Annotatsiya

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of examining applications and complaints in the administrative courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Particular attention is devoted to current challenges in law enforcement practices and ways to address them within the context of modern judicial reform. The study explores the procedural nuances of administrative cases and evaluates the effectiveness of existing mechanisms for protecting the rights of citizens and legal entities in administrative proceedings.
