Man comes into the world and is given something that cannot be taken away, that is, the supreme being, time. In the words of Hazrat Bahauddin Naqshband, whoever wastes time, time becomes his enemy. Therefore, one should not allow the breath to be wasted and be careful about it. As one thinker said: time is life. A person’s life is the time he lives from the moment of his birth to the day of his death.
