Annotatsiya

National policies and concepts for regulating external migration have significantly influenced the formation of modern international migration law. These policies can be differentiated based on their goals and objectives into categories such as encouraging, limiting, or prohibitive approaches. The sources of international migration law can be classified into three categories: basic (primary), derivative (secondary), and auxiliary.
