The article analyzes the importance and key features of investigative tactics in terrorism-related crimes. In the context of investigating terrorist crimes committed through explosions, 21 specific elements were identified that must be proven during the investigation. Additionally, the article highlights aspects that require particular attention from preliminary investigators. Emphasis is placed on the critical importance of inspecting the explosion site, which should be conducted by a specialized task force. Furthermore, the need for the involvement of experts with relevant experience and specialization in such investigations is underscored.
