This article explores the involvement of the population in communist industry in Uzbekistan during the years of Soviet power, the level of knowledge of personnel,the involvement of women in Soviet production, their unparalleled contribution to industry, production and the economy of the Union. At the same time, it is illuminated that the Soviets, on the way to the construction of communism, ended the agricultural and peasant farms of the Republic, did not respect the centuries-old and cultural values of women, their religious beliefs, violated it rudely and sacrificed the rich cultural norm of the people on the path of socialism. Issues in the operation of production capacities at high capacities and their replenishment with quality personnel are analyzed on the basis of sources.
