This article reveals how the changes taking place in today's world, especially the globalization of the Internet and information, expand people's ideas about happiness, and sometimes even force them to reconsider traditional views. It is philosophically analyzed that for a person, first of all, life and its fundamental laws, requirements, family, relatives, friends and colleagues, homeland are stable spiritual values, and that without these stable values it is difficult for a person to call himself happy. The article also emphasizes that only people with modern scientific achievements, professions, mature both physically and mentally, with independent thinking and active citizenship, can build the foundation of a truly happy life.
