The Turkic Khaganate was one of the largest military-political entities in the Eurasiansteppes, and its stability and strength were largely determined by the perfection of its militaryadministrativesystem. The military organization and governance structure of the nomadic society playeda key role in ensuring the political, social, and economic stability of the state. During the period of theKhaganate's existence, the formation of the military-administrative system, its structure, and its role insocial and political life were closely intertwined with the state governance traditions of the Turkic peoples.The system of succession, administrative division, and leadership roles played an important role inmaintaining order and stability. The existence of dual leadership and the division of the state into territorialunits allowed for effective governance of the multicultural and nomadic society.
