In this article, it is aimed to optimize the training of individual athletes by means of physiological tests, to determine the level of functional training of athletes with long distance. Key words Long distances include functional training of athletes, work ability, lung vitality, arterial pressure, respiratory rate, maximal oxygen consumption, optimal planning.
