Статья анализирует процесс внедрения электронного уголовного дела в уголовный процесс Узбекистана. В ней рассматриваются ключевые цели и ожидаемые выгоды от перехода на цифровую систему обработки уголовных дел. К таким преимуществам относятся ускорение процедуры рассмотрения дел, повышение прозрачности судебного разбирательства и облегчение доступа к информации для всех участников процесса.
