The scientific article examines the procedure for using modern technologies and information systems in management accounting of expenses of service sector enterprises. In order to effectively organize management accounting of expenses, quality criteria and information support for making management decisions have been defined. Modern comprehensive programs for organizing management accounting of expenses, the formation of an analytical base, depending on the specifics of the activities of restaurant industry entities and making effective management decisions, have been studied. A procedure for using modern technologies by restaurant enterprises to obtain transparent, prompt and timely information on expenses, and afunctional model for the correct organization of management accounting are proposed.
