Annotatsiya

This article, referring to Articles 157 and 158 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, discusses the process of seizing things and documents important for the case through a search. It is argued that the investigator must have sufficient grounds to conduct a search. However, since search and seizure are measures that limit the constitutional rights and freedoms of an individual, it is emphasized that law enforcement officials, especially criminal investigation officers, must strictly follow legal requirements.
