The article presents the existing work experience, which has been formed over the years to collect reliable information about the state of the pedagogical process of specialists of personnel services of educational institutions, for processing and objective evaluation, setting goals for management activities, foresight and planning, selection and placement of personnel, control and determination of purposefulness about the task, coordination, trends and dynamics of development. The competence of a specialist's personnel management includes a system of knowledge, skills, and other qualities necessary for the successful solution of organizational tasks. In modern conditions of the increasing complexity of psychological, pedagogical, informational, organizational, and managerial tasks in educational institutions, the managerial literacy of each teacher or supervisor becomes part of his professional culture.
