The main share of state budget expenditures falls onbudgetary organizations, and these expenditures are financed from the budget on the basis of estimates in accordance with the procedure established by law.These provisions are also reflected in normative documents, which stipulate thatthe expenditures of budgetary organizations and recipients of budgetary fundsfrom the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan are carried out within thelimits of the allocated funds and for the purposes specified in their expenditureestimates.
