Ushbu tezisda kiberhujumlarning mohiyati, ularning asosiy turlari hamda zamonaviy axborot tizimlariga ko‘rsatadigan salbiy ta’siriyoritilgan. Shuningdek, kiberxavfsizlikni ta’minlash usullari, jumladan, texnik va tashkiliy choralar, foydalanuvchilarning axborot xavfsizligi bo‘yicha bilimlarini oshirish zarurligi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Kiberhujumlarga qarshi samarali kurashish yo‘llari tahlil qilinib, ma’lumotlarni himoyalashning muhimligi asoslab berilgan.
