This article is devoted to the issues of improving the strategic management system of an enterprise based on the development of a competitive strategy, increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in modern conditions. It covers the concepts of competitiveness, competitive advantages, as well as modern analytical methods and their essence in developing an enterprise's competitive strategy.
