This article analyzes the possibilities of using artificialintelligence and deep learning algorithms for the automatic detection of diseasesbased on eye images. In the study, transfer learning technology based on the EfficientNetB3 architecture was applied, achieving high efficiency in detectingeye diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and cataracts. The dataset,preprocessing, data augmentation, model architecture, and evaluation metricsare thoroughly covered in the article. The research results indicate that theproposed model holds high prospects for application in medical practice.
