This article develops a comprehensive methodology for assessing the impactof the level of digital technology use on the investment attractiveness of enterprises. The relevanceof the study lies in the fact that, in practice, investment attractiveness is often evaluated mainlythrough financial indicators; however, such factors as the enterprise’s digital maturity, thecoverage of technologies across business functions, data-driven management, cybersecurity, theinstitutional environment, and the level of use of digital government services are not sufficientlyintegrated.
