В данной статье на основе нормативно-правовых актов и теоретических работ в области антимонопольного регулирования и контроля экономической концентрации в Республике Узбекистан, юрисдикции Соединённых Штатов Америки, Российской Федерации и стран Европейского Союза исследованы современные правовые методы предотвращения экономической концентрации и проведен сравнительно-правовой анализ из опыта зарубежных стран у которых есть многолетний опыт в области антимонопольного контроля за экономической концентрацией. Следует отметить, что эффективность государственного контроля за экономической концентрацией зависит, как свидетельствует международный опыт, от понимания целостности явлений и процессов, анализированных в экономической концентрации, от соотношения как экономических, так и правовых процессов, сформулированных в статистическом инструментарии, влияющем на принятие важных решений. Бесспорно, в корне концентрации имеются факторы экономического и финансового свойства. Намного крупные и активные участники рынка, стремятся снизить издержки и увеличить свою прибыл. Таким образом, они полностью поглощают (присоединяют) или другим способом приобретают контроль над менее значительными производителями однородных товаров, работ или услуг.
