Annotatsiya

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations and evolution of strategic process models, as well as their role in the formation of sustainable competitive advantages of organizations. The author examines classical and modern approaches to modeling the strategic process, analyzes conceptual schemes and mechanisms for making management decisions. Particular attention is paid to the systematization of external and internal environmental factors that influence strategic choice, as well as the formation of adaptive strategies in a dynamic market environment. As a result of the study, directions for improving the methodological tools of strategic analysis are proposed, which will increase the efficiency of the practical use of strategic process models in company management and ensure their long-term sustainability.
