This article describes a new and improved method for assessing the effectiveness of the risk management process in analytical testing laboratories, and outlines the steps involved in its implementation. The weighting coefficients were determined for each indicator in assessing the effectiveness of risk management. The complex effectiveness was calculated using the assessments of industry experts. The Ishikawa “Cause and Effect” diagram was constructed and the results were analyzed.
