The railway industry plays a crucial role in the transportation sector, and its effective management significantly impacts economic and social development. This paper explores the enhancement of economic mechanisms for quality management in railway passenger services. The study focuses on developing strategies to optimize the economic management model to improve service quality and increase competitiveness. Using the case of Uzbekistan Railways JSC, the research identifies key factors affecting quality management, proposes an optimized economic model, and offers practical recommendations for implementation.
