Designing a methodological model for the formation of professional-practical competencies in vocational education within dual training systems

Annotatsiya

This article examines the development and justification of a methodological model for forming professional-practical competencies ofvocational education students in the context of dual education. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to train specialistswho meet modern labor market requirements, are capable of rapid adaptation to industrial processes, and are prepared for independentprofessional activity. The proposed model is based on the competency-based approach, activity-oriented learning, integration of educationand industry, and the principles of dual education. The model structure includes target, content, technological, organizational, andassessment components. Its implementation is carried out through workshop-based training, workplace practice, mentorship systems,simulation of real production situations, and competency-based assessment. The research findings indicate that the implementation of themodel enhances the effectiveness of professional-practical competency formation, strengthens graduates’ professional adaptability, andensures alignment of training outcomes with industry demands.
