This scientific article is devoted to the theoretical and practical problems of interpreting Uzbek-French diplomatic legal documentsbased on comparative hermeneutics. The article analyzes the semantic and pragmatic asymmetry of legal concepts in French andUzbek. Through comparative analysis and practical examples, the main barriers in translating and interpreting diplomaticdocuments are revealed, including terminological lacunae, syntactic differences, and the influence of cultural-historical contexts.
