The study demonstrated a significant contribution to the development of acute forms of coronary heart disease, such as age, physical inactivity, chronic liver disease, and in men - tobacco use, dyslipidemia, carbohydrate metabolism disorders and obesity. We also identified a high prevalence of anemia, CKD and frequently occurring stress from liver enzymes. A significant structural component in the development of complications of acute forms of coronary heart disease is left ventricular hypertrophy. Taking into account the obtained results, in order to prevent complications of acute forms of coronary heart disease, it is necessary to strengthen the implementation of measures in the field of prevention of significant behavioral risk factors and early diagnosis and correction of biological risk factors, as well as timely impact on structural changes in the myocardium among patients with coronary heart disease.
