Annotatsiya

In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the scientific community in the problem of interstitial lung diseases (ILD). The epidemiological characteristics of patients with nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP), gender and age characteristics remain not fully studied. Data on this issue are available in a limited number of surveys. Purpose of the study: this study will examine the epidemiological features, gender and age characteristics of patients with NSIP in the Samarkand region for the period from 2020 to 2023. Materials and methods: medical records of 262 patients with ILD who were hospitalized at the Samarkand State Medical Center were analyzed association. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a sample of patients with a diagnosis of NSIP was compiled based on a multidisciplinary approach, taking into account the international classification of diseases (ICD-10). Results: the total number of patients was 262, among them 145 (55.3%) men, whose average age was 57.8±13.6 years, 117 (44.7%) women with an average age of 58.9±10.9. Patients with NSIP 190 (72.5%) of the total number of examined patients, men and women 54.7% and 45.3%, respectively. Patients with COVID-19 AP 72(27.5%), men and women 41(56.0%) and 31(43.1%), respectively. The control group included 20 patients: 12 (60%) men and 8 (40%) women. Depending on the severity, each group was divided into subgroups: IA-moderate 125 patients (65.8%), IB-severe 65 patients (34.2%) - NSIP subgroups, IIA-moderate 33 patients (45 .8%) and IIB-severe 39 patients (54.2%) - subgroups of COVID-19, respectively. Our study included patients in the age category from 18 to 90 years. According to the results of our study, the age group of 18-44 years old included 38 (15%), 45-59 years old - 87 (33%), 60-74 years old - 119 (45%) and the older age group 75-90 years old - 18 (7%) patients. Conclusion: Among patients with NSIP, men prevailed 145 (55.3%), the majority (78%) of patients were representatives of older age groups 45-59 (45%) and 60-74 (33%). 158 patients, i.e. 60% are patients with moderate severity of the disease NSIP, in contrast to COVID-19 AP, in which a severe course prevailed.
