In recent years, there has been a weak correlation in Uzbekistan between the parameters of the development of the personnel training system and the parameters of the economic development of industries and territories, it causes an insufficient balance of demand and supply of the labor market for specialists of various profiles and levels of education, and therefore the number of specialists with higher education turned out to be higher than the need for them. This has led to the fact that the human capital of people with higher education is not always used effectively.
