Annotatsiya

This article describes the need for a personnel audit in the personal resource management system, as well as a personnel audit in the personal resource management system. The HR audit was conducted on the basis of the data obtained during the audit, during which inconsistencies were identified in the quality indicators and the quality of the data obtained during the audit. Personnel audit is carried out to the extent to which it is carried out, and to the same extent to which it is carried out, which describes the object of the audit, its characteristics, requirements for this jargon. According to the Deputy head of the Ministry of Economic Development, recommendations on conducting a personnel audit have been provided for business entities.
