Annotatsiya

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of effectively utilizing entrepreneurial potential in the sustainable development of the regional economy using the Khorezm region as an example. Particular attention is paid to the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in the region, the rational use of available natural, labor, financial, and production resources, the creation of new jobs, and increasing the competitiveness of local products. The study utilized methods of comparison, grouping, systematic analysis, and generalization of official statistical data. Data on the gross regional product of the Khorezm region, the structure of economic sectors, the number of small business entities, and business projects implemented in 2025 were analyzed based on tables and diagrams. As a result of the study, a regional model for the effective use of entrepreneurial potential was proposed, and practical recommendations were developed for the development of industrial cooperation, deep processing of agricultural products, tourism, digital services, and entrepreneurial infrastructure.
