The article examines the impact of digital technology adoption on the operational efficiency and financial performance of commercial banks. It addresses the comprehensive assessment of digital banking services, AI-based customer segmentation, digital lending, and the development of banking ecosystems. Methodological approaches are proposed for assessing the relationship between digital technologies and banks' financial and operational indicators. Based on the research findings, practical recommendations are developed to improve the efficiency of digital banking services, enhance their strategic management, and advance banks' digital transformation.
