This article analyzes mechanisms for disseminating legal information and ensuring its effective use, as well as the evolution of key procedures in this field. The advanced practices of European Union countries and New Zealand are examined, with particular attention to mechanisms for disseminating normative legal acts from a doctrinal perspective. The article also identifies stages of institutional development in the dissemination of legal information. Scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations are developed to improve existing mechanisms. The study also addresses effective ways to ensure that legal information is delivered rapidly, reliably, and conveniently in the digital environment, with particular emphasis on accessibility, openness, and public use.
