The article examines the legal and organizational distinction between organizing prosecutorial supervision and directly implementing it in state tax service bodies. It systematizes four organizational forms: information and analytical work, planning and priority setting, cooperation and information exchange, and organizational-methodological support with implementation control. A four-stage model of direct supervision is substantiated, covering preparation, inspection, decision-making, and monitoring of implementation. To promote uniform practice, the article proposes adopting a separate sectoral order of the Prosecutor General and supporting it with a Model Prosecutorial Inspection Program.
