The article presents health care delivery to the rural population analysis quality. The availability health services remains to be themost actual problem in the villages, in particular, it is complicated to solve the problem related to emergency and urgent healthcare delivery. In the rural area level the principles on family-insurance are not realized. Human recourses deficiency and theirweak training level are noticeable. An analysis of some indicators of the activity of an emergency medical service in a rural areais given by copying the documentation on the state of the network of services.
