This article present the photometric results of the ROTSE1 J180924.96+440611.8 carried out at 2022-2023, obtained at theSamarkand Educational Observatory, as well as the results of a comparative analysis using open data from the ASAS-SN andZTF databases. It is confirmed that this object is not a pulsating variable star of the DS type, but it is a closed binary systemof the CBF type, which has minor differences from the EW type in the phase light curve.
