Annotatsiya

The development of environmentally sustainable methods for the synthesis of biologically active heterocyclic compounds is an important direction in modern organic and agricultural chemistry. This study focuses on the development of green and selective approaches to the synthesis of 2-aminopurine derivatives and the evaluation of their potential application as environmentally safe agrochemicals. The synthetic strategy is designed to reduce the use of hazardous organic solvents, minimize chemical waste, lower energy consumption, and improve reaction efficiency through the application of environmentally preferable reaction media and optimized reaction conditions. Particular attention is given to the chemical reactivity of the purine system and the influence of reaction parameters, including solvent, temperature, reaction time, reagent ratio, and catalyst or base, on product yield and regioselectivity. The synthesized 2-aminopurine derivatives are characterized using modern physicochemical and spectroscopic techniques, including FTIR, UV–Vis, NMR spectroscopy, and, where appropriate, mass spectrometry. Their potential biological activity is evaluated with particular emphasis on plant growth regulation, seed germination, root development, and stress tolerance. The proposed approach combines green chemistry principles, heterocyclic synthesis, and sustainable agrochemical development. The results are expected to identify promising 2- aminopurine derivatives with useful plant-growth-regulating properties while reducing the environmental burden associated with conventional agrochemical production. Such compounds may provide a scientific basis for the development of low-dose, resource- efficient, and environmentally compatible formulations for sustainable agriculture.
