The article deals with the lexico-semantic usage of the terms («anaphora» and «ambiguity») which are widely used in daily speech as English pragmalinguistics terms (Uzbek pragmalinguistic term as well - anafora). In addition, a few linguists’ views, theories and examples will be provided to interact its usage with branches of linguistics to generate their applications as pragmalinguistic terms.
