In this article, modern cluster activity in Uzbekistan, institutional mechanisms for improving the legal framework for its regulation, its theory, and current state of regulation of this activity are studied on the basis of documents. The article also focuses on the importance of scientific views, agricultural and production clusters in the regulation of cluster activities, and develops appropriate proposals and recommendations.
