This article analyzes the scientific-methodological and hygienic foundations of organizing healthy nutrition for children in preschool educational organizations. Furthermore, the role of rational nutrition in the physical and intellectual development of the child's body, the issues of ensuring food safety in educational institutions, and the improvement of the nutrition process based on modern requirements are highlighted.
