The experience of developing leadership skills through spiritual and educational activities in Uzbekistan

Annotatsiya

This article examines the developments in the field of spiritual and educational activities in New Uzbekistan and their regulation at the state level through the decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at improving the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work. In national practice, the effectiveness of spiritual and educational activities is mainly assessed through process indicators, such as the number of events held, the proportion of students covered, and the response in the information space. The institution of tutoring is one of the most promising pedagogical elements of the national system, as it is theoretically capable of performing supervisory functions. The institutional completeness of the system of spiritual and educational activities, together with its provision with state resources, represents an advantage in international comparisons.
