The scientifically substantiated expediency of drug provision for patients with hypertension and the developed directions for improving primary health care for patients of working age with such a diagnosis, i.e. control over unjustified hospitalization, the development of day hospitals, the development of additional drug provision for patients with hypertension will increase adherence to drug therapy, the effectiveness of medical care, the quality of life of patients and achieve reduction of mortality rates of this category of patients. The availability of medicinal medical care for patients with uncomplicated hypertension is an obligate prognostic criterion for arterial hypertension and the risk of developing cardiovascular complications. The above has allowed local pharmaceutical plants to produce antihypertensive drugs that are not inferior in their therapeutic effect to drugs produced in other countries.
