The article examines ways to increase the economic sustainability of industrial enterprises under global and domestic economic change. A methodological approach is developed for identifying and calculating indicators of financial stability and production efficiency in the context of digitalisation and the use of artificial intelligence. The impact of measures aimed at the balanced strengthening of the financial and production stability of industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan is considered. Statistical analysis, time series analysis, the ratio method and classification were applied. The principles of sustainable development were grouped into economic, technological, social, environmental and information principles, and six sustainable development factors were classified. In 2022-2024, enterprise revenue grew from 52.3 to 63.4 billion soums, profitability from 9.2% to 9.9%, the current liquidity ratio from 1.31 to 1.42 and the financial autonomy ratio from 0.57 to 0.61. The effects of cost optimisation, labour productivity growth, product diversification, liquidity management and investment in modernisation on sustainability indicators were assessed. Practical recommendations for strengthening enterprise sustainability were formulated.
