This article provides a scholarly and theoretical examination of the artistic and aesthetic principles in Murod Muhammad Do‘st’s novel “Lolazor”, focusing on the author’s position and the poetic function of ironic discourse. The research analyzes the reflection of the dogmas of Soviet-era socialist realism and the socio-political reality of the stagnation years within the novel’s micropoetics, based on Mikhail Bakhtin's theories of dialogism, polyphony, and double-voiced discourse. The phenomena of irony, self-irony, and chronotope that emerge in the individual speech practices of the protagonist, Nazar Yaxshiboyev, are evaluated as the primary artistic mechanism exposing the false, bombastic rhetoric of the totalitarian regime.
